Set up your station
Once you are in your event, set the terminal up for the kind of desk you are running. Some terminals are already set and take you straight through. This takes a moment, and you only do it when you start or when you switch your desk to a different job.
Choose your station profile
Section titled “Choose your station profile”Pick the station profileA saved setup for one kind of check-in desk. It decides what an operator sees and does at that station: which tools appear, whether badges print automatically and to which printer, and which queue the station works from. You create a profile once and reuse it on every desk of that kind. for your desk, for example a standard check-in desk or a merch table. The profile decides which tools you see and how badges print. If your terminal is already set to a profile, this is chosen for you.
Confirm the device
Section titled “Confirm the device”Your station usually detects its terminal on its own. If it does not, or you need a different one, pick it from the list. You can Continue without device, but some hardware, such as printing, needs a paired terminal.
Choose your badge printer
Section titled “Choose your badge printer”If your desk prints badges and you are asked, pick the printer it uses. Where two desks share one printer, both operators pick the same printer.
Select a register
