Merch pickup

At the merch table you hand ordered items to attendees and mark them as collected. For how pickup is set up, see Merch pickup in the Merch section.

No separate merch table?

At a smaller event, merch is often handed over at the check-in desk instead, by the same operator who checks the attendee in. If that is your setup, see Handing over merch rather than this page.

Open the fulfilment queue

The merch station shows a queue of attendees who have items to collect. It updates on its own as people are checked in and sent over, so you can leave it open through your shift.

Some tables run without a queue. If yours does not show a list, there is nothing to open here: start each pickup by finding the attendee, as below.

Find the attendee

Pick the attendee from the queue, or scan their badge to pull up their items. If your table has no queue, scan their badge or search for them to start. See Finding an attendee.

Hand over the items

Give the attendee their goods and mark each item as fulfilled, or scan their printed picklistA printed list of the merch an attendee has ordered, used at the merch table to gather and hand over the right items. A picklist can print automatically when an attendee is sent to the merch queue. to fulfil everything on it at once.

Scanning the attendee’s picklist marks every item on it as handed over in one step.

Fix a mistake

If you fulfilled the wrong item, use Unfulfill to reverse it, then fulfil the right one.
