Merch pickup

Pickup usually happens at a dedicated merch table, prompted during check-in when the attendee has items to collect. is where an attendee collects the merch they ordered. There are two ways to run it, and you pick the one that fits the size of your event.
Two ways to run pickup
Section titled “Two ways to run pickup”- At the check-in desk (smaller events). The operator who checks the attendee in also hands over their merch. Their ordered items appear on the main ticket details screen, and the operator marks each one fulfilled there. No dedicated table, queue, or extra hardware is needed.
- At a dedicated merch table (larger events). Check-in and merch pickup are split. During check-in, an attendee with merch to collect is sent to a merch queue, then comes to a separate table where an operator hands over the items and marks them fulfilled. This keeps the check-in line moving while merch is gathered and handed over in parallel.
