Editing a ticket
You can change most of what a ticket holds from the ticket itself, for when someone gets in touch with a correction or you need to fix something up.
A ticket’s details and answers are edited from its tabs.
Details
Section titled “Details”Edit the holder’s badge name, legal name, and date of birth. The badge name is what prints on their badge; the legal name is their full name for your records.
Answers
Section titled “Answers”You can change the holder’s answers to your ticket questions, for example fixing a meal choice someone got wrong. Both per-ticket and per-order answers are shown on the ticket.
Add or remove tags on the ticket. Tags added automatically by a booking type, add-on, or voucher appear here too, and you can add more by hand or take one off.
Public profile
Section titled “Public profile”If your event uses public badges, a ticket has a public profile the holder can fill in: a short bio and contact details such as an email, a website, or social handles. You can edit these here. What appears publicly is controlled by your event’s settings; see Settings.
