Add-on bookings

An add-on booking is a record of an add-on someone has actually bought, as opposed to the add-on itself, which is the option you set up. Each add-on booking belongs to a ticket. This is where you manage those bookings after the fact.

The list of add-ons people have booked, which you can open to manage individually.

The add-on bookings list shows what people have booked, which you can search and filter. Open one to see its detail, including any answers to questions attached to that add-on, and its history.

On an add-on booking you can:

  • Fulfil or unfulfil it, to mark whether the item has been handed over or provided. This is useful for add-ons you give out or deliver, so you can track what is still outstanding.
  • Switch it to a different add-on in the same group, for example moving someone from one workshop session to another.
  • Adjust the price, to change what was charged for it.
  • Cancel it, with the same refund, fee, and inventory choices as cancelling a ticket. Cancelling an add-on that a ticket depends on is also how you free a ticket up to be cancelled.
