Custom orders
Most orders are placed by customers registering on your site. Sometimes you need to bill someone for something that does not come through that flow, for example a sponsor package, a manual adjustment, or a charge agreed off to the side. A custom order lets you raise one by hand.
Create a custom order
Section titled “Create a custom order”Choose the person, add the lines you want to charge for, and see the total update as you go.
- Go to Create Custom and choose the person the order is for.
- Add one or more lines. For each, enter a description, a price, and a quantity. The total updates as you add them.

The order is raised for that person as a orderA single purchase placed at one point in time, such as one or more tickets and any add-ons bought together. Each order is placed by one person, who is normally also the one paying, and has its own invoice number. When one person registers several people at once (for example, a parent booking for their children), that is still a single order and one bill covering everyone in that booking. like any other, with its own invoice.
After it is created
Section titled “After it is created”A custom order behaves exactly like a normal one from here. You still approve it to invoice it, and you take payment through Payments, whether by charging a card or recording a bank transfer. It appears in Search and, if it goes unpaid past its due date, in Overdue orders.
