Overdue orders

An order can be confirmed but not yet fully paid, with a payment due date. Once that date passes and a balance is still owing, the order is overdue. The overdue list gathers these in one place so you can follow them up.

Orders → Overdue

Orders past their due date, each showing how many days overdue it is and the balance owing, with the total outstanding across them all.

The Overdue list shows every confirmed order past its due date with money still owing. Each row shows how overdue it is and how much is left to pay. Across all events, the same list adds an event column so you can see where the outstanding balances sit.

On an overdue order you can:

  • Email the customer to remind them, for example resending their order details.
  • Add a payment, to record money once it arrives. See Manual payments.
  • Extend the due date, to give the customer more time before the order counts as overdue again.
  • Cancel the order, if it is not going to be paid. See Refunds and cancellations.
  • View the order to see its full detail and history.
